Screen time guidelines
The World Health Organization guidelines shares that screen time is not recommended for children below 2 years of age, and no more than 1 hour for children age 2 to 5 years old.
The American Academic of Pediatrics recommends no screens for 18 months and below (except for video calls) and a maximum of 1 hour per day of quality programmes for 2 to 5 years old.

In this guide, I shared what to include in the screen time agreement, a sample template, and positive parenting tips on how to communicate with your children and tips to help your child manage his impulses.
